The House
Behind every old share certificate is a family's story —
and very often, unclaimed wealth.
1998
The year our doors opened
Investment House was established in 1998, in an era when shareholdings lived on paper —
certificates folded into cupboards, dividends arriving by post, and records kept in
handwritten ledgers. As India's markets moved to electronic holdings, countless investors
and their heirs were left holding paper whose value they could no longer easily reach.
Two kinds of work happen under this roof. The first is a trade, plain and simple:
we buy junk, delisted and unlisted shares outright — paper the market has abandoned,
purchased from you directly, with clean paperwork and payment in hand.
The rest is service: converting paper shares to demat, transferring shares of the
deceased to their legal heirs, getting duplicates for lost certificates, fixing old
transfers stuck under objection, and recovering shares and dividends from the IEPF —
all the paperwork and follow-up, handled from start to finish.
